How customers opt in to text messages

This page documents the SMS opt-in flow for Dametix, an online ticketing platform for live events operated by J2 Labs. Mobile phone numbers are collected in exactly one place: the web checkout form, when a customer purchases tickets. Because the live checkout can only be reached with an active ticket order in progress, this page reproduces the relevant section of that form and its exact disclosure language for verification purposes.

What the customer agrees to

Message type & frequency: transactional only — one text message per completed purchase, containing a link to the customer's QR-code tickets (see a sample ticket page). No recurring, promotional, or marketing messages are sent under this campaign.
Rates: message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out / help: reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
Privacy: mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes — see the Privacy Policy.
Language: the checkout is bilingual (Spanish / English); the disclosure appears in the customer's chosen language with identical content.
